ANSA-PHANSA CHI BHAJI.
Ansa-phansa chi bhaji is an authnetic sweet, sour and spicy dish from Maharashtra. It is made with ripe pineapple, jackfruit and mangoes.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup ripe mangoes;
- 1 cup ripe jackfruit;
- 1 cup ripe pineapple;
- Half coconut grated;
- 10 to 12 red chillies;
- 1 tsp goda masala;
- 1 tsp garam masala powder;
- Half tsp turmeric powder;
- Half tsp hing/asafoetida;
- 10 to 12 curry leaves;
- Half tsp cumin seeds;
- One-fourth tsp mustard seeds;
- Two tbsp oil;
- Salt to taste;
- Two tbsp mango pulp.
