MOTICHUR LADDOO.

Ingredients: (1). Besan-500 gms.; (2). Sugar-1 kg.; (3). Red Colour-2 gms.; (4). Almond-100 gms.; (5). Pista-100 gms.; (6). Raisin-50 gms.; (7). Cashewnuts- 100 gms.; (8). Ghee-50 ml.; (8). Cardamom powder-1 tbsp.; (10). Oil-2 kgs.; (11). Water-700 ml.
Method: (1). Make a batter with besan, water, colour and keep aside. Make a sugar syrup with water and sugar, add lemon and keep aside; (2). Heat ghee in a kadai, once ghee is hot make a small boondi with help of ladoo jara; (3). Once it's cooked, remove from oil, mix boondi with sugar syrup, keep aside for 30 minutes; (4). Remove from syrup, mix with dry nuts; (5). Make small dumplings and serve.
