KARA MODAK.
Ingredients: (1). Rice Flour-100 gms.; (2). Water-250 gms.; (3). Salt-20 gms.; (4). Mustard Seeds-10 gms.; (5). Jeera-5 gms.; (6). Ghee-25 ml.; (7). Green Chilly--10 gms.; (8). Curry Leaves-5 gms.; (9). Coriander-5 gms.; (10). Ginger-5 gms.; (11). Grated Coconut-10 gms.
Method:
(1). Take a heavy bottomed pan, make a tempering with ghee, mustard seed, jeera, curry leaves, ginger, coriander leaves and coconut; (2). Once its turns golden brown, add water, bring to boil; (3). Add rice flour and mix thoroughly, make dumplings out of it; (4). Steam with the help of a steamer till cooked (10 Minutes).
